After stopping in a few upmarket hotels in Liverpool when we visit family we decided to give Warners a try as we were sick of going out looking for somewhere to eat especially as we can only get up in the winter months and we are so glad we did book at Warners it was such a relaxing holiday we only left the place once to do more shopping in Llandudno. The entertainment was great so where the rooms and the choice and service in the dining room was second to none would we go back already booked for next February.
Stayed here for 3 nights, room was great, as was the food, entertainment first class, staff very friendly and helpful, lots of activities during the day plus walks in the snow! What more could anyone ask for, we had a great time and will most definitely return asap.
We spent two nights at Boddlewyddan castle and it was brilliant. The room was fantastic with the biggest bed I have ever seen.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant is good. There is a choice of buffet style food or a daily menu with a variety of items to choose. The food is tasty and plentiful.
The entertainment is good and varied
The grounds are lovely.
My partner talked me into sampling the Warners experience, didn't think it was my thing and that it was expensive. How wrong could I be ?
It was a Soul and Motown break and loved every bit of it. So much to do from start to finish and fabulous food and entertainment. Allocated dining and caberet tables work well, only criticism would be that the dance floor gets crowded . Just booked a Queen and Abba break as a joint Xmas gift to each other in January.
We have just returned from this hotel, our first visit to it. Our room was lovely in William's Village. As usual with Warner's the food was very good with an enormous choice at every meal. Also the staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Our meals were in the School Library, which was much quieter than the rest of the restaurant. Of course the highlight of our stay was Russell Watson. He was excellent. His pianist was Richard Johns , who was also first class. All in all a great weekend.
