Signature Rooms these are special rooms with many of those extra little touches. With bigger beds, swish decor and the clutch of benefits.
We had Signature room in house as February excellent room comfortable bed and all Signature extras. The grounds are lovely and in the Summer the lodges look a great place to stay. All the staff in every department were excellent. Food choice varied and good, restaurant was good sometimes there are not enough nice tables for 2 but plenty here if you arrive early and choose.
just got back from a weekend at Bodelwyddan Castle. We had a wonderful time the setting is glorious and the hotel beautiful. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious with excellent facilities such as USB ports integrated into power sockets so it was easy to charge our phones etc. The Wifi was excellent and the small flexible reading lights by the bed were perfect for allowing me to read without keeping my husband awake.
In the dining room we were spoilt for choice and the quality was very high and delicious.
Staff were friendly, polite and helpful as were the Entertainments team. On Friday evening we were treated to 'Jacksons' music from the team and enjoyed it very much. On Saturday we had the pleasure of Genesis Connected and I hope we have the opportunity to see them again as they were brilliant, my husband is a Genesis fan and he had the time of his life. Our weekend was finished on Sunday by laughing fit to burst at a comedian by the name of John Martin who was very funny, a bit naughty at times but never crude and no swearing or bad language - lovely.
We had a marvellous weekend and would recommend Bodelwyddan Castle to everyone.
Just home from two nights here this hotel was great rooms clean large food excellent loads choice waitress service on some foods or buffet style loads choice breakfast also great choices the staff here were friendly polite helpful nothing too much trouble the shows choices also great the entertainment staff brill great voices well worth the prices. We did not use the spa but will next time on our spa break here soon I hope.
A lovely place to stay whether you participate in the assorted attractions that are provided or not. We used it as a base for exploring the local countryside and towns. A day in Conway was delightful with its wonderfully preserved castle and walls.
We also spent a few hours exploring St Asaph Cathedral which is well worth a visit.
The hotel at Bodelwyddan is itself a castle and we were lucky enough to enjoy a stay in one of the rooms set in the walls. This was extremely comfortable and we even enjoyed our own private parking space which made life very easy. The food was first rate as were the staff. We will be returning for another visit.
