Royal Rooms are the best in the hotel, these large double beautifully furnished and with rich and sophisticated decor.
Stayed in a ground floor garden lodge suite which was fantastic very modern and contemporary and in a lovely quite area of the grounds but very near to the main attractions. All the staff are very helpful, polite and work very hard. The swimming pool was so warm it was like getting into a bath and there was plenty of things to do such as archery and shooting. There was entertainment on every night and the entertainment staff did a medley of ABBA hits and they were brilliant and very professional. The food is very good, plentiful with lots of choices. We will definitely be visiting again in the very near future. The good part too is it’s adults only.
First time at a Warner hotel and this one is beautiful. The food was wonderful with a huge variety. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We only stayed for two nights and didn't experience the entertainment so i cannot comment on this.
The Signature room was lovely but i do have a slight criticism of the cleanliness. Our room hadn't been vacuumed before our arrival as there was a raisin on the floor (which we hadn't had) and a plastic bag down between the twin beds. Also some personal belongings from the previous occupants were left behind in the bedside cabinet. There was also powder (talcum presumably) on the bathroom floor. Despite this the room was very acceptable and otherwise clean. We slept very well with no noise or disturbances. The gift shop was well stocked and very reasonably priced. This hotel deserves a 5* rating.
Just returned from a 5 day break the hotel is superb the porter Sean was so helpful with our suitcases and Tanya our waitress was first class. Food was amazing we stopped in the Garden apartments the walk back in the dark was not pleasant transport would be nice. Breakfast couid do with finishing at 10am but all the staff are first class.
Well, what can I say, my Husband and I had the most fantastic break at Bodelwyddan- everything jelled. To say we were just about the youngest there, it was great fun. We stayed in a Garden Lodge, wine and crisps were there to welcome us. Rachel our Waitress, was fantastic and was there to serve our every whim. Not that we asked for much. The food choice was marvellous and quality great. Now the entertainment was brilliant. From Viva, the house band to Castle Crooners - please buy Steven some new shoes, I am worried he trips over and hurts himself. 😃 we will definitely book a Warner’s break again, my only gripe is that the tables in the entertainment lounge were too close together and at a wrong angle, I did get a bit of neck ache watching Union Gap. All in all 5 Stars.
I have read the reviews of other people who like to moan about the walk for breakfast and various other things like toast being served to the table and having to go for eggs themselves. Take no notice of these negative comments, some people will moan and blame the holiday if it rains etc. Take my word, we have had breaks all over the world and not for a minute we’re we bored and hardly watched the TV. We work very hard for a living and this break was what we needed. I did joke before we went and told everyone we were going on a pensioners holiday, (we are 60 years old), but I feel we fitted in great and met a lot of nice people. Looking forward to next year. Need to book my time off work before I can book for early December 2020.
